There are two types of Seller in PrestoMall:

1. Business Seller : Local sellers with business registration number

2. Global Seller : International sellers with business registration number

PrestoMall will also require different supporting documents from local and international sellers upon sign up to avoid any fake registrations.

Seller Zone is a state-of-the-art education and support centre equipped with facilities such as training rooms. It is designed to provide a conducive learning environment for e-commerce workshops and support sellers in their online business through consultancy.

Seller Zone by PrestoMall offers:
1. Meeting rooms to fit up to 6 pax in each room and free consultancy service
2. Training/seminar rooms that can fit up to 100 pax
3. Make up rooms

You may start enjoying the Seller Zone facilities upon successful registration as a seller. 

No, you cannot change the type of product status. You are advised to put the correct stock quantity as the product listing will be automatically removed if the stock quantity is zero.

You can check your orders by going to Seller office --> Order Management

You can check on the settlement payment on the Seller Office page under 'Settlement Management' and by viewing 'Transfer History'

The settlement of a sales payment is finalized on the following day after purchase confirmation by the Buyer, and the settlement payment is disbursed within two business days.
In the event where the buyer does not confirm the purchase, there will be an automatic purchase confirmation 7 days after the product is delivered by the courier service. For orders that are delivered directly by the Seller, purchase will be automatically confirmed 21 days after the order is delivered.
If the settlement amount is altered because of a claim following settlement completion, the difference is carried forward to the next settlement as a negative amount. 

Once the buyer receives a product and select 'Purchase Confirmed', this status is visible to you in Seller Office in 'Main Page'. Alternatively, you can go to Seller Office --> Order Management --> Completed order details
