Yes. You can choose "Direct Delivery" as the shipping method at the product listing stage.

Seller can choose your preferred Shipping Company from the drop-down menu, and enter the shipment’s Tracking Number when the product/parcel is ready to ship to your buyer.

No, PrestoMall does not offer Cash On Delivery (COD).

Yes, you can change your shipping and exchange address in Seller Office under 'Product Info Management', by clicking 'Modify Shipping Details'

Buyers can request for cancellation or exchange from
My Page --> My Shopping History --> View Orders/Shipping.
Cancellation is only allowed for products that have not been shipped.   

The Return Policy is determined by the seller and is displayed on the product page.
However, Products with manufacturing defects will either be replaced or refunded.
Seller will replace the items once they receive the defective / wrong items from the buyer. Seller will bear the delivery fee of returning the product and delivering the replacement product to the buyer.
