1. This 3rd party BC-VW1 has 3 months warranty against product and material defect from the date of purchase. The original invoice receipt must be presented before we can give back a full refund. Please check carefully before sending this charger back as we will not be responsible to pay back any shipping cost if we find the charger is not faulty as your described. The warranty does not apply if the malfunction is due to the battery faulty. Please make sure your battery is in working condition before you buy this charger. We will test this charger output voltage by voltmeter before shipment. This charger light will be continuously glow during charging.
