Can be used as a preliminary varnish as soon as the oil colour is touch dry.
Can be removed with Turpentine or White Spirit prior to final varnishing, or can be left underneath.
Retouching Varnish can be reduced with solvents and is much thinner than final top coat varnishes.
Ideal for Georgian Oil and other brand oil colours.
Made in England.
